Full Description
Our client is a Liverpool based local authority who are seeking a Senior Planning Officer - Development Management - who will handle a varied caseload including the more complex and major development applications and appeals, preparing reports which are clear, accurate and technically correct.
Additionally you will ensure planning applications and appeals are determined in accordance with service and business plan targets – and are in accordance with relevant planning guidance and legislation.
And you will prepare reports and make recommendations to Council Committees and on matters to be decided under delegated powers – including presenting reports as appropriate.
