Full Description
Our client as an urgent vacancy to fill in their Development Management team. They are looking for Senior Planner to deal with a range of minor and householder applications as well as some complex minor applications (e.g. blocks of 6-9 flats) and small major applications (up to about 50 units). This is an excellent role for someone ready to take more responsibility and looking to develop their career and experience.
They need someone who can be office based, in South London, 2 days per week. You can work from home the other days. You must have worked at a Senior level for UK local authorities for at least 3 years.
Initially offered for 24 weeks, there could be potential for it to be extended beyond this. A standard working week is 36 hours and rates will pay between £40 - £50/hr Umbrella (inside IR35) depending on your experience.
