Our client is a Kent local authority seeking an experienced Project Manager with specific expertise in Mechanical & Engineering works.
You will be required to:
To provide technical expertise to inform planned and reactive maintenance solutions on complex,
sensitive or large projects.
To provide oversight of the technical planned and reactive maintenance supply chain and use
technical expertise to review tasks and ensure that they are completed to the required standards.
To ensure that the estate is maintained safely and in compliance with the relevant legislative and regulatory provisions.
