Our client is looking for a Landscape & Green Infrastructure Specialist to take up a roe in their Placemaking Team. Their work focuses on pre-application discussions, evaluating applications, scrutinising detailed schemes and overseeing delivery of new facilities as part of the wider planning service.
As Landscape & Green Infrastructure Specialist you will play a key role in the delivery of well-designed high quality open space for the benefit of local communities and the environment by providing technical input and advice to ensure successful delivery in line with development objectives.
We are looking for someone with a solid design background who can enjoys working to the highest standards of landscape architecture detailing. You will need to be able show experience in a similar capacity within a Local Authority setting and we would expect relevant qualifications in Landscape Architecture.
Our client is based in Somerset, will offer the contract until at least the end of January and pay up to £40/hr (umbrella).
