We are currently managing an exclusive recruitment campaign on behalf of a Local Authority in the West Midlands.
They have a number of key roles to fill within their Private Rented Services (PRS) team, ideally on a temp to permanent basis but they will also accept applications from those looking for a standard contract role.
We expect the temp to perm roles to offer an initial 6-month contract followed by a permanent offer at the appropriate grade. The salary banding is £40,221 - £48,747.
Contract roles will be at least 6-18 months. The rate will be £40/hr (inside IR35).

- 4x EHO for general housing standards, enforcement work
We are seeking applications from those with a Diploma or Degree level qualification in Environmental Health (as recognised by the CIEH). We are also looking for those who hold the full HHSRS qualification.
Critically, we are looking for those who can combine technical excellence with the key people skills required to be successful in these roles. We need confident communicators who can explain complex matters in a thoughtful and considered manner. We are looking for those who are keen to learn, keen to develop and keen to make a difference to the communities they serve.
