Head of Pre-Construction Delivery

Osborne Richardson are working with a Social Housing Provider in South London which requires an Interim Head of Pre-Construction Delivery to join them for a contract role.

You will oversee the pre-delivery of a substantial £25 million annual capital works programme, focused on maintaining and improving our clients housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pre-delivery of the £25m annual capital programme, including but not limited to:
• Window and roof renewals.
• Fire prevention upgrades.
• Kitchen and bathroom replacements.
• External decorations.
• Flat de-conversions.

In order to be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 5 years recent housing refurbishment experience and experience of managing the pre-delivery of capital projects within bounds of HRA is critical.

You will also need the following:

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale capital programmes, ideally within housing or property management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in contract management and working with external contractors.
• In-depth knowledge of the RIBA process and delivering projects across all stages.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with residents and senior officials.

Our client is offering a rate of £80/hr Umbrella and this role is inside IR35. This will initially be a 36 week contract at 36hrs per week.
