Full Description
We have a long-standing contract with a large Local Authority in the West Midlands and it is currently set to run until 2027.
We are looking for additional resource to join the project in the new financial year, 2025-26 and are not necessarily looking for a full 12-month commitment as work can be split into smaller batches for those with limited availability.
Delivering the work is very straight forward, you will simply be asked to complete a full premises inspection and associated paperwork.
The work programme is very flexible and allows for weekend and evening work. We will ask you for a specified period and ask you to commit to a certain number.
Total numbers are yet to be confirmed but typically we deliver 1000-2000 per year.
The work will be paid on a unit basis for each inspection completed with rates as below:
£57 Cat C
£53 Cat D
£46.50 Cat E
We need those with experience inspecting on behalf of a Local Authority. You will need to provide evidence of your competency before the client can approve you to join the project. You will need to be qualified to carry out both hygiene and standards inspections.
You can work via a limited company or umbrella.
