We have a longstanding project with a Local Authority in West Yorkshire where we typically deliver 400 food hygiene inspections per annum. For the year 2025-26 we are looking to add additional inspectors as the workload is more likely to be around 800 premises.
Most of the premises will be routine Cat C / D / E premises and some Unrated new businesses as required. We can allocate small batches of work to those with limited availability. We pay £58.50, £53.50 and £40 (C, D and E). You can work outside IR35 if you wish.
The contract spec is very straight forward and simply requires a full hygiene inspection; completion of report documentation and issuing of risk ratings.
We have been working with this client for over 15 years and as a result we have an excellent relationship, they are very supportive of contractors and the project is very easy to work on.
We are happy to consider those who only want short term work and we can also accommodate those looking to commit for the full 12 month period.
