Our local authority client, based in South West London are seeking a professional with experience in Environmental Health or Housing Standards to join their Residential Enforcement Team. You will be dealing with Housing standards in the private rented sector and issues including HHSRS inspections, House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Licensing, Noise nuisance and other statutory nuisance
In order to be considered, you will need a qualification in Environmental Health or the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) or have experience in dealing with the above.
This is a 3 month contract and will pay £40 per hour.
