Full Description
Our local authority client, based in Essex are seeking a professional with experience in Environmental Health or Housing Standards to join their Residential Enforcement Team for 2/3 days per week, one of which in the office. You will be dealing with Housing standards in the private rented sector and issues including HHSRS inspections, complaints and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO). The work will be complete flexible and you can choose where you can work with 1 days per week, on average, on district but some weeks, that no visits will be required. Others there may be a need for 1-2 days, although that would be rare.
In order to be considered, you will need a qualification in Environmental Health or the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) or have experience in dealing with the above.
This is a 3 month contract and will pay £40 - £45PH Umbrella.
