Full Description
We are looking for an experienced Planning Officer with a minimum of 18 months experience to join our client’s Planning Applications Team.
They are based in East London and will offer the initial contact until end of January although we fully expect it will extend.
As Planner you will deal with a range of minor applications. You will be assigned a caseload and will be expected to work efficiently to help deliver a customer focused planning service. On occasion you may be required to attend Planning Committee with other members of the team.
You can expect to be working from home the majority of the time but there will be occasional need to attend the office and also attend site so a driving licence is required to drive one of the available pool cars. Our client is based in East London so you will need to be within reach of the area.
They are offering an excellent rate for a role at this grade - £33/hr (Umbrella).
