We are working on behalf of a Local Authority in London to recruit a Corporate Property Asset Manager who will oversee the council’s investment property portfolio, working closely with external managing agents. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective estate management, supporting best practice asset management, and maintaining strong client and tenant relationships.
You will manage the council’s investment property portfolio with support from external managing agents, ensuring objectives are met or exceeded. You will also undertake estate management functions as set by the Head of Investment and the Senior Asset Manager, support the development, implementation, and review of best practice asset management. You will be required to work with the Fund Management team to oversee rent collection, arrears recovery, new lettings, voids, performance reporting, and other aspects of asset management.
Our client is based in Central London so you will need to be within reach due to the nature of this role. The initial contract will be offered for 3 months, but there might be scope to extend. The day rate is £400 (inside IR35).
