Full Description
Our client is a Local Authority in the West Midlands.
They have a short term project where they require a Class 3 Registered Building Inspector to complete the inspection of 20 high rise structures. The work pattern is flexible and only requires part-time working until you complete the exercise.
For each residential building you will assess the project’s compliance with building regulations and issue completion certificates where appropriate. You will be required to review and assess documentation related to building codes and standards, maintain clear and accurate reports of each inspection and liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
You will need the use of a car with appropriate insurance for work purposes as you will be travelling to locations around the district.
The rate is entirely negotiable but we would not expect to pay any less than £70hr (umbrella).
