Full Description
Building Repairs Surveyor required in East London to work on a range of disrepair maintenance issues across the property portfolio of our Local Authority client. The emphasis is likely to be on housing related works.
You will be required to keep detailed digital records and provide reports of various aspects of work, based on frequent site visits, and ensure the asset management database is updated.
You will provide authoritative advice, guidance and support to colleagues, customers and stakeholders and on a daily basis you will be responding to and investigating enquiries & complaints.
We are looking for an experienced Surveyor with a track record working on a range of property maintenance projects within a Local Authority setting. Ideally you will hold a relevant Building Surveying / Construction related qualification.
The contract will run at least 3-6 months with potential to extend. The rate is £41.65/hr (umbrella).
