Our client is a Local Authority in East London. They have 2 vacancies for Building Safety PMs:
1 – PM Resident Engagement
2 – PM Technical
The resident engagement role will focus on working with residents to ensure effective communication around building safety matters, in particular with relation to completing building assessment certifications and work around cladding.
The Technical role will focus on developing Building Safety Case Files and Building Safety Case reports, including the application to the Building Safety Regulator for Building Assessment Certificates. You will lead on inspection work for structural and fire safety including cladding inspections.
Both roles will pay around £400-£450/day and have potential to extend way beyond the initial 3 month contract.
Current work arrangements are hybrid, 3 days home / 2 days office but this will be switching to 2 home / 3 office after Xmas so you must be willing to meet this requirement.
