The Building Safety Case Officer is responsible for creating and managing Building Safety Cases. This role involves extensive data entry, document review, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that all necessary safety information is accurately captured and maintained. The officer also captures documents and maintains the building safety management system to ensure that operational practices adhere to the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Act 2021.
The role would suit someone who has previously worked in a Local Authority environment, has construction related qualifications and a working understanding of the Building Safety Act. You will need good admin skills, a high level of IT literacy.
Our client is a Local Authority. They will pay £253/day (umbrella) which is equivalent to £36/hr. The contract will be 3-6 months and they are based in South London, close to London Bridge.
